"Both of the above are possible uses of the word wrap in omaha, but not the main one. A wrap is your starting hand (not necessarily a draw after the flop) in which your cards are all close together in value (straight cards). The best wrap is 89TJ double suited. 3456 is a wrap, and most would consider a hand like 3457 or even 3458 to still be a wrap. It just means a bunch of straight cards for a starting hand."
