Hi all -
I'm hoping this will the final announcement regarding the downtime we had yesterday.

As you're all aware, we were offline for quite a while yesterday because our server facility in Curacao, Cyberluck, had a power outage. This took down a number of gaming sites including the Pinnacle sportsbook. [1]

We believe that we're past those problems now and trust that the power situation at Cyberluck won't be an issue in the future. Here are some takeaway points:

[*]We are extending the Gold Spree promotion by a full day to make up for the time that people weren't able to collect extra Gold Chips. It will now end at 11:59 PM GMT (6:59 PM US Eastern Time) on Monday, March 1st.
[*]We are giving a $50 pending bonus to everybody who was logged in when the site went down yesterday. It may take us a couple of days to get those credited, so please don't bother our support with "Where's my bonus?" emails.
[*]As I mentioned before, the previously scheduled network outage on Monday evening, March 1st, will not happen. It may happen at some point in the future, but obviously we'll let you know if it does.
[*]We believe that everybody was properly credited for tournament cancellations.
[*]If you believe that you lost money in a cash game because of the site going down, please contact our support. But just as a matter of courtesy, please be professional in your email, explain clearly what happened, and give them some time to review your situation. Needless to say, they're digging out of a pretty big pile of emails right now.
