Egyetértek.És ha én ebben a hónapban kezdtem, és most érem el a goldot, amit a jövő hónapban realizálnak, akkor az e havi pontok után megkapom a rakebacket, vagy csak a márciusi - már gold fokozatban - elért után, majd áprilisban? Hu, remélem érthető.

Hallod, foggalmam sincs errol az egeszrol. Szerintem hasonlo cipoben jarunk, en irtam emailt a supportnak, es valaszoltak, leirtak rendesen:

Thank you for your e-mail and registered interest in our Player Club.

Rakeback payments occur depending on how many player points are earned
per month. I have copied below the points structure that display how
many need to be earned to qualify for the different percentages:

The cash reward % is based on the total cash game and tournament fees
you have paid in a month, and the poker point reward is related to the
option of converting points for cash

As you can see in the table above, a minimum of 3000 points need to be
earned in a month to receive the automated cash payment (cash
reward/rakeback). And in order to convert points for cash, a minimum of
2000 points are required.

If you were to make VIP status, the 20% rakeback payment would
automatically be credited to your account on the first of the following
month (i.e. if you earn 10,000+ points for February, you will receive
rakeback on the 1st of March). However, if you make Gold status, a
claim form must be submitted in order to receive the rakeback payment -
you can find the claim form for this at the below link:

After that form has been received, a flag will be applied to your
account so that if you earn between 3000 and 9999 points in the month a
rakeback payment would be made on the 1st or 2nd of the following month
(as with the example above)

If you wish to claim the poker point reward of 10%, again a claim form
must be submitted (please find link below) and once received payment is
typically made within 24hrs.

Regarding the welcome bonus; I can confirm that you have deposited
enough to qualify for the bonus, the amount you receive in payment will
depend on how many points you earn in 45 days.

ha adott hónapban eléred a gold szintet, akkor kapsz arra a hónapra RB-et, ami köv hónap 1-én a számlán lesz.

De varjal! A first deposit bonus az kicsit tricky, aszerint szamoljak, hogy az befizetesdetol szamitott 45 napig hany pontot ertel el. Ha viszont elobb akarod kivenni a bonuszt, csak akkor kell kitolteni a welcome depo bonus-os igenylest...
