Az ilyen tartozási ügyekben lehet nem rossz ötlet felkeresni az említett szektát. (elhangzott a Skylight felekezet itt, van facebook oldaluk, de biztos nem nehéz megtudni, hova jár/járt.) Főleg, ha ott is vannak emberek, akiknek tartozhatnak. Több ember, nagyobb bünti. Meg ilyenkor mindent ostrom alá kell venni, ne legyen egy nyugodt hely se.

Figyelve a jogi dolgokra, ha kis felekezet és ismerik őket már monogram is elég + történet + a képekről arc kitakarva és akkor nem kerülhetsz bajba. Jogi háttérnek mindig utána járni, akkor is, ha épp ****skedik az ember. Vagyis akkor főleg.( De Ricsi amúgy gyanítom a digi TV-s kvaterkázásai + fellépései után már vitathatóan közéleti szereplő. Picit tágabb a tér abban az esetben.)

Level 3 pro kicsit színészkedik előtte és próbál infót kiszedni mielőtt felfedi valós (vagy a következő ) identitását.
Level 4+ inkább nem is folytatom.

Még egyszer kiemelem, én nem bújtok senkit semmire. Pusztán stratégiákról elmélkedem egy pókeres fórumon. Azt meg csak lehet. A jogi háttér meg annak a dolga, aki érintett.

In these types of scenarios when someone owes you money its never a bad idea to initate contact with the cult which the person attends ( in this forum someone already said the alleged scammer family visits/ visited the ceremonies of Skylight. Even if not that, you could probably ask around and get the correct information). Especially that its very possible you could find more victims there. The more people goes to to authorities the bigger punishment they will get. You need to put every fortresses under siege, ideally then they can no longer visit that 'peaceful' cult.

Level 1 writes a single message to the facebook group of the cult. They are there with couple thousands of followers.

Level 2 goes to the cult's ceremony and uninentionally leave couple leaflets about the case. But pay attention to the legal contexts. Probably in that kind of a small christian cult its enough if your present just the first letter of their last name and the full first name. You always want to make sure you keep the legal context. Especially when you want to attract attention (or 'revenge'). (I am not a legal person but as Ricsi had several public attendance in the television he might be in a different category in the Hungarian law, arguably being a public figure.)

Level 3 goes there and put on an act to get more information before revealing real identity (or the next one)

Level 4 and beyond: I am not even go there as it could be scary.

I want to emphasize I do not instigate anyone to do any of the things mention above. I only wonder about strategies in a poker forum. And that I am allowed to do. Untangling the legal background is not my task.



(Darkdante, you may want a bridge person between you and the Hungarians as you may have problem communicating. This case would need a leader who can come up with strategies and cramp the victims together. Seems like there is no central leading.)

Thanks for the support. I've written to them already. Was this stuff very surprising news for the poker community?

I was honestly hoping that Richard Fridvalszki would surprise me with his video response in some way. My Hungarian is basic, but people tell me that there was not much new information.
