The purpose of this email is to inform you that your Petition for Remission has been approved and you are entitled to receive a distribution from the assets forfeited by PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker, and Absolute Poker (the “Fund”), in connection with the settlement agreement resolving allegations in the amended civil forfeiture complaint in United States v. PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker, Absolute Poker, et al., 11 Civ. 2564 (LBS), in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (the “Action”).

The payment will be issued in the form of a check in the amount of $0.05 and will be sent to the address specified in your Petition. This payment represents the full amount of your Absolute Poker / Ultimate Bet account balance, which you confirmed on the Absolute Poker Claims Administration’s website. Payment will be issued within the next two to three weeks.

Thank you for your email. The payment methods are determined by the country which the petitioner resides in. The payment method for your country was a foreign currency check however the bank has indicated that the payment method needs to be updated to USD check. Please let us know if a check will cause a problem for you.



If you prefer a wire transfer please note that all changes in the method of payment are one-off requests and this will result in a delay in its processing. We do not currently have a specific date for when we could expect for you to receive your wire payment should you choose to change your payment method.

Sziasztok,

Én annak idején nem csekketm hanem banki átutalást kértem. Van olyan, aki kapott már meg így pénzt? Elég régóta várok rá, de a supportjuk mindig csak azt a választ adja, hogy minden rendben, várjak csak tovább.
