Nekem ezt írták a problémára, segített. Hátha Neked is segít valamelyik:
Should you have the latest graphics card drivers installed, but still experience (performance) issues, please make the following adjustments to our software’s settings:
First, you can reduce the graphics quality:
Settings → Table Appearance → Animation → AURORA GRAPHICS QUALITY → Low
Second, turn off background animations:
Settings → Table Appearance → Animation → AURORA AMBIENT ANIMATIONS → Disabled
Finally, switching to our 'Carbon' table theme should also improve performance issues.
To select your table theme, log into your account from a desktop device, and go to:
Settings → Table Appearance → Themes
To change your theme from the poker table you're seated at, press 'Table' in the top left corner, and select 'Table Themes'.
If the issue remains, this indicates that you are using low-end hardware. For these situations, follow the instructions below to make a small change to your settings file ('user' or 'user.ini'). This will run our graphics in “software” mode. Doing so, it places a higher load on your processor and increases the memory usage on your system.
Although this should resolve the issue in the short term, we urge you to upgrade or renew your hardware soon.
The first step is to open the settings folder. If you can open our software and navigate through the menus, follow these steps:
From the lobby, select 'Help', then 'Open My Settings Folder'. You will see the folder open.
Close our software (keeping the settings folder open).
If you cannot open our software or it crashes during these steps, there is another way to locate the file:
Press the 'Windows Key' + 'R' (at the same time).
Type the following or copy/paste into the Area provided and press 'Enter':
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local
Locate and open our software's folder.
The second step is to edit the settings file:
In the settings folder, find the 'user' or 'user.ini' file, right-click on it and select 'Edit' to open the file with notepad.
Within the file, find 'openGlSetting' and change its value to '1'. Once edited the setting should look like this:
[OpenGl]
openGlSetting=1
Save the changes you made to the settings file and restart your computer.
Reopen our software, then log back in.
